Because our products and party packs are custom made and/or /personalized especially for you, all personalized and custom orders  are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or we made an error with the order, please contact us as oon as possible. We'll be happy to work with you to make it right. 

Please carefully review all names, personalisation, colors and other selections before placing your order. Once we begin preparing a customised order, changes or cancellations may not be possible
